Assistant to the CEO / Office Management (m/f/d)

For our office in the center of Düsseldorf and our dedicated CEO, we are looking for the person who keeps an overview, feels responsible and supports us in everything that makes our everyday life as a team easier. You are welcome to start with us part-time!

Your convincing profile includes:

  • Experience in office management
  • Good office skills
  • Fluent in German, written and spoken
  • Basic English skills
  • Experience in accounting is an advantage
  • Enjoy new challenges, good teamwork and a good sense of humour

Your responsibilities would be:

  • Supporting the managing director in all administrative matters
  • Independent management of incoming mail
  • Responsibility for smooth office workflows and the procurement of work materials
  • File management and organisation
  • Arranging appointments for meetings
  • Active support in accounting matters (e.g. expense accounting, accounts payable)
  • Supervision of the office premises and contact person for service providers
  • Preparation of offers
